Refunds and Returns Policy

Exchange and return of the item are considered by conditions as follows:


    1. You need to reach out to us in order to exchange or return the item within 7 days of the date you receive the items.


    2. To be eligible for a return/exchange within 7 days, item must follow the following condition:
      • Item is flawed, broken or damaged from delivery
      • Item received is not as shown as described on the website
      • Wrong item is being sent


    3. Items not eligible for return/exchange are as follows:
      • Custom-made or made-to-order items
      • Clearance items
      • Display items
      • Items having limited period of usage such as light bulbs and batteries
 
    4. We have to charge you the depreciation cost if the item has already been assembled at 50% of item’s price (before deducting all discounts) in case of returning the items.


    5. We have to charge you with the revisit cost in order to pick up the returned items at 500 Baht/return for Furniture Items  


    6. In order to return Home decorative items with personal reason, you have to return via private delivery company service (such as Kerry Express, Flash Express, etc.), and you are responsible for the costs.
      • Items having limited period of usage such as light bulbs and batteries
      • You should take photos/videos of the goods before delivery as the evidence to confirm the goods condition.


    7. For defective items from the production process, Fusion Int Shop will exchange the new items or the equivalent items without charging.


    8. The damaged items that are caused by the customers will not be returned/exchanged.


    9. We reserve the right to cancel the refund for any order completed by installments.

Return and refund procedures for order completed 

    1. Please contact customer service with the receipt, payment confirmation documents, photos of the items and returning reasons within 7 days of the date you receive the items. You can contact us via email

    2. Our staff will be contacting you within 3 business days in order to confirm returning purposes before proceeding to return the items. Company reserves the right to make final decision.

   3. For the Item demanded to be returned, we will be setting arrangement in order to return the item via designated channels.

    4. Documents required in order to proceed with the refund, all documents have to be submitted via email

      • A copy of an ID card / passport with certifying true copy by signing and specifying the order id

      • A copy of a passbook

    5. Refund processing time is as follows:

      • Credit card refund will take around 15-20 days after we receive all refund documents in which the refund will be processed and credited to your account in the next billing cycle.

      • Return via bank transfer will take around 15-30 days after we receive refund documents completely
